Welcome! If this is your first visit to Brooklyn Barber Academy—or your first time requesting a specific service—we will start with a consultation to make sure we understand exactly what you want.
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that you please provide us with 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment. This way, our team members will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last-minute cancellations or no shows become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee:
Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service booked
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount
